Nutrition is about knowing what’s good for you and what isn’t. You don’t have to think about the amount of food you’re eating, but the actual food you’re consuming. So remember to make the right choices. For example, if you want to have rice for dinner than don’t have any bread, corn, or potatoes. It’s all about balancing out what you’re eating.

Nutritionists will say food isn’t your enemy, but it’s not your friend either. You want foods with lot of fiber in them. This could be soup, beans, and veggies. There’s no exact science to what you can eat so it’s important to balance out your foods as much as you can.

Eating veggies with your dinner is always best since they contain proteins, which is what you’re going to want during your pregnancy. Its okay to continue trying new things for dinner, but try to keep in mind it’s important to keep eating foods with lots and lots of protein.
